Work with CRO and VP of RevOps to set strategic operational goals.
Build planning models to forecast performance.
Plan and monitor day-to-day operations toward budget targets.
Monitor activities from key sales and marketing players and provide feedback.
Evaluate both the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures and apply improvements.
Manage contractual processes and coordinate with outside legal counsel.
Bay Area-based team onsite 2–3 days/week; Bangalore onsite 2 days/week.
