📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple states.
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of billing, AR, and collections.
• Develop modern, scalable revenue cycle infrastructure.
• Oversee Medicaid/other payer billing across multiple payer types.
• Monitor key metrics: days in AR, denial rates, clean claim rates, cash flow.
• Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare revenue cycle leadership.
• Experience managing billing and accounts receivable in a healthcare environment.
• Strong Medicaid/government payer billing experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement structures, and payer regulations.
• Technical aptitude with revenue cycle systems, reporting tools, and automation.
