- Lead and stabilize the Retirement Plan Services (RPS) business.
- Establish operating rhythm, ownership, and performance visibility.
- Improve conversion and retention via plan design and RFP support.
- Manage and retain book of ~1B in assets across ~200 plans.
- Lead a small RPS team; coach and develop staff.
- Drive execution against annual growth goals.
π― Requirements
- 10+ years in retirement plan services or institutional consulting
- Experience managing and servicing retirement plan business (not solely sales)
- Lead small teams; drive execution in under-structured environments
- Create clarity, process, and accountability in ambiguity
- Experience in advisor-led or distributed sales models (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and plan governance
- Partner with advisors; act as technical expert in retirement plans
- Strong organizational/execution skills; bring structure to ambiguity
- AIF/AIFA, CPFA, CEBS, CFA, CFP, or equivalent retirement designations (Preferred)
