- Built and scaled high-performing recruiting teams with clear vision and norms
- Strong data fluency; able to build dashboards and influence decisions by KPIs
- Structured hiring experience: kickoff, scorecards, structured interviews
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
