📋 Description

• Lead Axon 911 public safety strategy and partnerships with PSAPs and industry groups.
• Drive adoption, improve operational efficiency, and expand market penetration for Axon 911.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with customer needs.
• Shape product strategy and AI initiatives using customer feedback and market insights.
• Enable go to market with industry leadership, workshops, webinars, and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations; Deputy Director level or above.
• Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and evolving public safety technology trends.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders, NENA/APCO, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic leadership driving scalable programs and cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Ability to translate feedback and market insights into actionable product, business, and GTM strategies.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
