🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in public safety leadership; Deputy Director level+.
• Deep PSAP, NG911, CAD, emergency workflows expertise.
• Build trusted PSAP, NENA/APCO, exec, and cross-functional relationships.
• Strategic leader driving scalable programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate feedback and insights into product, business, and GTM strategy.
• Strong communicator; exec presentations, workshops, events.
• Data-driven with KPIs and continuous improvement mindset.
