📋 Description

• Lead strategy, growth, and delivery for the High Tech services practice.
• Own services delivery and sales strategy to drive platform value.
• Manage sub-regional customer portfolio and 10+ consultants/PMs.
• Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to shape Go-To-Market.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, professional services, or SaaS in High Tech.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and developing top talent.
• Strategic vision: 1-2 year plans and P&L or services forecast.
• Commercial acumen: lead services sales cycles, scoping, pricing, contracts.
• Delivery expertise: manage services teams and software implementations.
• Technical familiarity: understand Celonis Platform to lead technical teams.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills with exec stakeholders.
