- 10+ years in Professional Services, Delivery, or Tech Consulting with leadership
- Proven ability to grow a services business in fast-growth env
- Experience managing tech pros and PMs
- P&L ownership, regional strategy, and ops optimization
- Strategic thinker with execution and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt with exec presence
- Background in enterprise SaaS required
- Background in crypto or fintech advantageous
- Based in/near London with ability to travel across EMEA
