📋 Description

• Set vision and roadmap for Service Delivery tooling to drive scalability and efficiency.
• Lead a team of product managers and foster growth and execution.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operations to ship high-impact features.
• Translate frontline needs into strategic priorities for leadership.
• Navigate tradeoffs across priorities and constraints; present recommendations.
• Champion internal tooling to improve Member outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management exp with internal tools and service delivery.
• 3+ years leading high-performing PMs driving internal efficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
• Familiarity with enterprise software in a B2B2C environment.
• Startup experience is a plus.
