📋 Description

• Shape cross-functional platform product strategy.
• Own payments platform strategy and end-to-end roadmap.
• Improve routing, retries, and fraud/dispute efficiency.
• Build and scale fraud detection and dispute infra.
• Expand payment method coverage across cards, wallets, and transfers.
• Lead a high-performing product team; set metrics and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product; 3+ years in payments/fraud/platform roles in fintech.
• Deep understanding of payments: authorization, retries, tokenization, gateways, fraud systems.
• Balance UX, cost, fraud risk, and regulatory needs in decisions.
• Strong technical acumen; partner with engineers to design scalable systems.
• Proven player-coach: managed PMs and mentored while hands-on.
• Bonus: experience with processors, dispute automation, or regulated environments.
