- 12+ years in product management or process innovation.
- 6+ years in related leadership roles.
- Deep Salesforce experience; Admin or Consultant cert preferred.
- Proven CRM transformations in field-facing or customer service contexts.
- Nice-to-have: Agentic Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Flow.
- Nice-to-have: Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience; clinical a plus.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycle; SAFe environment preferred.
- Ability to set strategy, priorities, and roadmaps; motivate teams.
- Experience building business strategies to solve enterprise problems.
- Experience aligning senior stakeholders and driving consensus.
- Strong analytical skills; drive quantitative goals.
