📋 Description

• Define and own FleetOS vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive measurable outcomes by turning data and workflows into results.
• Treat the platform as a product: ownership of APIs, extensibility, and surfaces.
• Make FleetOS the orchestration layer for third-party tools and machine-to-machine workflows.
• Lead and scale a PM team; hire and develop PM leaders.
• Create cross-functional alignment with crisp goals, principled tradeoffs, and clear communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management for modern B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years leading empowered product teams.
• Platform product leadership: APIs, developer-facing surfaces, integrations.
• Experience shipping products where data quality, standardization, and instrumentation are first-class.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with GTM teams and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, CS, or relevant field.
