- Strong people leadership skills, with experience coaching PMs into senior roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
- Relentless focus on success metrics to track value delivered.
- Nice-to-haves: experience in healthcare tech with provider data, claims, or interoperability; familiarity with workflow automation, analytics, or reporting tools.
