📋 Description

• Define and execute a clear Product Design vision aligned to goals.
• Ensure a cohesive, high-quality UX across all product features.
• Build andDevelop a high-performing team of designers and researchers.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion, and growth within the design org.
• Champion user-centered design; embed research, discovery, and usability testing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to solve the right problems effectively.
• Oversee design system evolution for consistency, scalability, and speed.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs measuring design impact on outcomes.
• Communicate design strategy and results to executives.
• Serve as a thought leader; elevate design across the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or related field.
• Significant experience leading and scaling design teams, including developing managers.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute a design vision that drives outcomes.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, research methodologies, and modern practices.
• Experience owning or evolving a design system at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
