🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Design/UX/UI; 2+ years in people management
- Guide end-to-end product design and influence cross-functional partners incl. exec leadership
- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude Code, v0, Figma) and a clear AI POV
- Genuine passion for empowering small businesses with deep empathy
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting direction in complex areas
- Public speaking and external engagement a plus
