🎯 Requirements

- Experience in identity and fraud at a financial institution or fintech.
- Deep experience in decisioning systems, workflow orchestration, or policy management.
- Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable product experiences.
- Strong track record of developing PMs and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and communicate across audiences.
