📋 Description

• Own unified product strategy and roadmap across Instant Cash, Line of Credit, Credit Builder, Payments.
• Define how Brigit’s core products work together to create a coherent member experience.
• Scale Line of Credit from beta to core product with delinquency/compliance balance.
• Renew Credit Builder thesis to deliver value without raising cost or risk.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, and Compliance to manage delinquency, utilization, and regulatory impact.
• Own metrics for the product suite: delinquency, utilization, revenue, cost-to-serve.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management including 3+ years leading financial or consumer credit products.
• Experience managing products across lifecycle: launch, scale, optimization.
• Deep command of credit product unit economics: utilization, delinquency, loss rates, revenue, cost-to-serve.
• Ability to coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering as partners.
• Strong platform and systems thinking with reusable infrastructure.
• Genuine user empathy and user-first decision making.
