🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product mgmt and design; 3+ years in leadership.
Strong UX, design systems, and collaboration products.
Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale.
Track record improving critical flows and IA.
Experience with agentic AI; able to build agents.
Based in Europe or US East Coast.
