🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products.
- Experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces (consumer SaaS or marketplace) a plus.
- Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale.
- Track record of improving critical flows and IA; based in Europe or US East Coast.
- Hands-on with agentic AI; able to build your own agents.
