🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Product Management; 3+ years leading PMs.
Enterprise B2B SaaS with pre-sales/RFPs and complex stakeholder management.
Proven discovery to delivery with measurable impact.
Metrics fluency: ARR, NRR, win-rate, adoption, time-to-value.
Excellent communication; English C1/C2; comfortable with executives.
Travel-ready: regular customer visits and conferences (incl. U.S.).
