📋 Description

• Own Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers (2–5 PMs).
• Partner with Sales, GTM, and CS on enterprise deals.
• Set bold vision and drive revenue growth and market dominance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics to ship capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management; 3+ years leading PMs.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS/fintech/payments or adjacent segments.
• Proven discovery to delivery with measurable impact.
• Metrics fluency: ARR, NRR, win-rate, adoption, time-to-value.
• English communication with executives; C1/C2; travel-ready.
• Travel-ready: regular visits to the U.S. and conferences.
