- Proficient in SQL and data viz tools (Tableau); experience in Amplitude/Optimizely
- Experience designing/analyzing A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor
- Translate data into insights for senior stakeholders (VP/exec)
- Experience applying ML/predictive modeling to product use cases (e.g., churn)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV/CAC and impact on business
