Director of Product, Agentic Commerce

📋 Description

• Own multi-year product vision and roadmap for Agentic Commerce.
• Define success metrics; drive impact on conversion, AOV, retention.
• Lead and grow PM team; set operating rhythms and career development.
• Collaborate with Eng/ML/Design to ship AI features end-to-end with safety.
• Work with Retail, Partnerships/BD, and GTM to commercialize agentic solutions.
• Align with senior leaders; translate complex topics; champion responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience, incl. 3+ years leading PMs.
• Proven track record building consumer products at scale; e-commerce expertise.
• Strong technical fluency with ML/AI-enabled products; collaborate with Eng/ML.
• Led multi-quarter 0-to-1 initiatives; launched products in complex enterprise/B2B2C.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; simplify topics for senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; data-driven with SQL preferred.
