Director of Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead the Procurement function across ingredients, packaging, goods, and services.
• Define procurement strategy; negotiate supplier partnerships; improve cost, quality, service.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, R&D, Finance, and Ops to align goals.
• Oversee procure-to-pay process; ensure compliant, accurate execution.
• Establish procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing procurement team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• 8+ years procurement or strategic sourcing experience; 3+ years in leadership.
• Track record delivering cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• NetSuite or ERP system expertise preferred.
• Food/beverage manufacturing or CPG experience preferred.
