- Manage a team of Client Service Managers and On Call Reps servicing complex clients on time.
- Lead internal sessions to ensure QA during planning and implementation.
- Own and resolve standard and non-standard client requests and issues.
- Propose cross-functional solutions to non-standard client requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Attorneys, and physicians.

- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 4-8 years of managerial and/or healthcare experience
- Experience in a high-pressure, customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to adapt to change and manage high volumes of work
