  • Proven ownership of packaging architecture and tiering.
  • Track record running pricing experiments with impact.
  • Strong cross-functional credibility with Sales, Finance, Product, GTM.
  • Experience leading pricing changes in the field β€” migrations.
  • Ability to mentor and grow pricing and product roles.
  • Familiar with usage-based pricing and monetization infra (entitlements, billing).
  • Experience at a company scaling toward $1B+ ARR.
