📋 Description

• Lead post-production across all Acquisition.com brands
• Manage editors, sound designers, and packaging specialists
• Set performance standards and quality benchmarks for the post pipeline
• Build standardized post workflows to support weekly publishing
• Integrate AI as a core production advantage in post
• Report to Chief Media Officer; Las Vegas-based or relocate

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of post-production leadership
• Experience leading multi-editor teams on deadlines
• Deep knowledge of long-form/short-form editing and audio finishing
• Strong operational instincts; build scalable post systems
• High taste level for pacing, storytelling, audience retention
• YouTube-first content experience; AI familiarity in post-production
