📋 Description

• Lead multi-year philanthropic fundraising strategy to grow revenue.
• Manage and grow Activate's philanthropy team and operations.
• Cultivate and steward major donors, foundations, and institutional funders.
• Build donor relationships via meetings, events, and ongoing communication.
• Represent Activate at conferences, donor events, and external engagements.
• Support compelling proposals and donor communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in philanthropy or fundraising with six- to seven-figure gifts.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with major donors and funders.
• Experience developing multi-year fundraising strategies and leading implementation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and CRM experience with HubSpot and Airtable.
