  • Built compensation and equity plans; Excel proficiency a must.
  • Experience with psychometric tools: Predictive Index, DISC, StrengthsFinder.
  • Proven coaching and training of managers; executive coaching.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred.
  • Strong culture, retention and org design skills.
