- Built improved recruiting and PM processes with a focus on simplicity and enablement.
- Comfortable as a player-coach balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Clear communicator; partners with cross-functional and exec stakeholders.
- Positive, get-it-done attitude; willing to roll up sleeves.
- Trusted, low-ego partner who collaborates with leaders.
