🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years in People Ops/HR, ideally in SaaS/tech.
  • End-to-end ownership of core People functions in lean/growth org (50–150 employees).
  • Strong judgment in PM and employee relations; balance risk and business needs.
  • Built improved recruiting and PM processes with a focus on simplicity and enablement.
  • Comfortable as a player-coach balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Clear communicator; partners with cross-functional and exec stakeholders.
  • Positive, get-it-done attitude; willing to roll up sleeves.
  • Trusted, low-ego partner who collaborates with leaders.
