🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years in People Ops, Talent, or HR at Director level. \n
- Experience partnering with executives in fast-growth startups. \n
- Strong judgment and hands-on execution when needed. \n
- Experience building and scaling recruiting and people systems from early-stage to growth. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels. \n
- Comfort with ambiguity; set direction where processes don’t exist. \n
- Experience with ATS and HR tooling (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, HRIS). \n
- Experience supporting both GTM and technical organizations. \n
