🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in product management or strategy with payments focus.
- Proven experience taking a payments product from launch to traction.
- Deep understanding of payment flows, transaction authorization, and institutional ecosystem.
- Ability to work with engineering teams and align on roadmap priorities.
- Strong instincts for customer discovery and actionable insights.
- Nice to have ISO 20022, ACH, or ISO 8583 familiarity and regulated infrastructure.
