🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales in B2B fintech or brokerage
  • Deep understanding of futures industry, FCM ops, and Introducing Broker model
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling complex B2B partnerships
  • Commercial mindset with ability to craft differentiated value for partners
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management, including C-suite
  • Data-driven with KPI ownership, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
