🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record building and scaling partner programs driving ARR.
- Deep familiarity with Solutions/SI partners, ISVs, and marketplaces.
- Strong revenue ownership tying partner activity to pipeline and wins.
- Experience leading a team of partner managers and cross-functional owners.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration; influence without authority.
