  • Strong executive presence; comfortable leading onsite and virtual conversations with senior leaders.
  • Experience articulating business value to drive outcomes like talent quality, partner differentiation, and placement success.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic relationships with operational rigor across multiple partner workstreams.
  • Strong analytical instincts; interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
