📋 Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Cresta’s global partner marketing function.
  • Design and operationalize a partner marketing model for multiple partner types and geographies.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and collateral for joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with enablement to create programs, content hubs, and self-serve resources.
  • Analyze partner pipeline performance and win/loss dynamics to unlock growth.
  • Provide data-driven input to influence product roadmaps based on partner feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B tech company.
  • Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS partner motions: ISVs, SIs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, alliances.
  • Highly data-driven, with experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, ROI, and reporting.
  • Executive-level communication to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, build from zero, and scale programs.
