  • Define near and long-term paid media strategy to hit subscriber goals.
  • Plan and execute UK media channel strategy across Paid Media, Affiliates & Referrals.
  • Lead in-house team of three; forecast budgets, ROI, and CAC.
  • Deliver CAC and subscription forecasts with ongoing re-planning and reporting.
  • Identify and scale new media channels (CTV, Addressable TV, Programmatic).
  • Partner with Data, Integrated Marketing and Creative teams for cohesive journeys.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience driving subscriber growth in a D2C subscription business.
  • Experience setting short and long-term media strategies and delivering KPIs.
  • Experience managing budgets, balancing demands, and ensuring ROI.
  • Experience planning, testing and scaling media channel strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of core digital channels: TV, Google PPC/YouTube, Meta, Programmatic.
  • Extensive experience with Google, Meta, TikTok Paid Media campaigns.
