Establish operational infra for regulated payments (banking, treasury, processes)

Oversee daily ops: processing, reconciliation, reporting
Coordinate with regulators to ensure money transmission compliance
Collaborate with product/engineering to translate requirements into solutions
Establish KPIs and reporting to optimize operational performance

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in financial operations, fintech/payments, or banking
Proven track record building and scaling regulated ops teams and systems
Experience with treasury management, cash flow operations, and controls
Understanding of money transmission licensing requirements and compliance frameworks
Strong leadership to build and develop high-performing teams
Excellent project management with launching new business lines
