Onboard, train, and mentor new program leaders; shift accountability in 90 days.
Serve in transitional or interim leadership for launch and mature programs.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and program infrastructure per budget and timeline.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s preferred.
≥4 years in multi-discipline supervisory/leadership role.
≥2 years supervisory experience; mentor staff.
Experience hiring and onboarding healthcare teams.
Experience managing complex, fast-paced multi-discipline projects.
Ability to travel as required.
