Director of Operations, Launch

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional launch teams to meet network, enrollment, and budget targets
• Codify launch playbook and enterprise best practices for new markets
• Onboard/train program leaders; transfer accountability within 90 days
• Provide transitional or interim leadership for launch and mature programs
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and required program infra setup within budget
• Oversee central ops initiatives and optimization between launches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 4+ years in multi-discipline supervisory/leadership with mentoring
• 2+ years of supervisory experience mentoring team members
• Experience hiring and onboarding healthcare team members
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced multi-discipline projects with budgets
• Ability to travel as needed
