📋 Description

• Oversee timelines and scope across design, video, and development.
• Lead talent acquisition: identify needs, source, interview, onboard.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and deliverables.
• Manage project tracking with status, risks, milestones.
• Surface blockers and resolve with exec and marketing teams.
• Provide reporting on actual vs. estimated costs and scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an agency setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using Basecamp and Slack for project monitoring.
• Knowledge of project management processes and documentation.
• Able to follow processes in creative and/or technical environments.
