Director of Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with Financial Aid leaders to keep student ops running smoothly.
• Advise the COO on operational risks, opportunities, and resources.
• Support processes like aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds.
• Improve workflows and design scalable processes for efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product/Eng to roll out tech solutions for ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Strong people management; coach and inspire teams.
• Problem-solving with bias toward action and measurable results.
• Experience implementing tech-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
