📋 Description

• Build, document, and own SOPs defining how we deliver and operate
• Own internal and service operations from delivery workflows to billing
• Collaborate with Client Relations to support client satisfaction and retention
• Lead and develop recruiting; shift to proactive talent acquisition
• Partner with the Service Manager to remove friction in day to day ops
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into health

• You've operated in a services business MSP, consulting, or professional services
• You have a strong sense of agency and ownership
• You work with urgency and energy; act now
• You're a builder who creates structure where there isn't any
• You know how to run a recruiting function with pipelines and talent branding
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and won't wait for a playbook
