- Oversee all facility departments: Inventory and Receiving, Quality Control/Assurance, Maintenance, Sanitation, Production, and Shipping.
- Ensure WMS and IMS accuracy to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Improve processes to deliver high quality, precise customer orders.
- Enhance safety by collaborating with the Environmental Health and Safety team and implementing 5S.
- Comfortable with working in refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 10+ years in production, fulfillment, or distribution
- Strong leadership, supervisory and training skills
- Excellent communication with managers and associates
- Analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
