- 7-10+ years in healthcare with performance mgmt, analytics, or similar.
- Proven ownership of performance measurement driving change.
- Familiarity with value-based care metrics and KPIs.
- Strong analytics; translate data to clear exec recommendations.
- Experience designing and running QA or audit programs.
- Experience hiring and developing analysts or junior team members.
- Clear communicator to senior leadership.
- Experience with population analytics in clinical or VBC context.
- Passionate about improving cardiology outcomes.
