📋 Description

  • Own leading indicators, SLAs, quality measures, and program ROI.
  • Build dashboards and scorecards for real-time program performance.
  • Partner with Informatics and Finance for clean, reliable data.
  • Analyze attributed populations to surface trends and care gaps.
  • Build business cases for new programs and ROI framing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in healthcare with performance mgmt, analytics, or similar.
  • Proven ownership of performance measurement driving change.
  • Familiarity with value-based care metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytics; translate data to clear exec recommendations.
  • Experience designing and running QA or audit programs.
  • Experience hiring and developing analysts or junior team members.
  • Clear communicator to senior leadership.
  • Experience with population analytics in clinical or VBC context.
  • Passionate about improving cardiology outcomes.
