📋 Description

• Oversee Northern California nursing across centers; travel required.
• Lead nursing services and drive KPIs across clinics.
• Partner with Senior Director to align vision for nursing staff.
• Mentor Clinic Nurse Managers and Directors with Executives.
• Collaborate with training to identify staff training needs.
• Own RN case management and clinic operations; close gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• RN license required; BSN or higher preferred.
• 10+ years nursing leadership in complex, high-growth environments.
• Direct clinic management experience; oversee 50+ nurses.
• Strong leadership to inspire clinical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices.
• Data-driven, using reports to prioritize people and projects.
• Near WelbeHealth location or able to relocate within an hour.
