🎯 Requirements

RN license; BSN or higher preferred.
Minimum 10 years nursing leadership in high growth settings.
Direct clinic management experience; oversee 50+ nurses.
Strong leadership to manage and inspire clinical teams.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical practices.
Data-driven; uses reports to prioritize people and projects.
