  • Demo & Sales Call Support: serve as the higher ed expert on prospect demos and sales calls.
  • Thought Leadership: represent Civitas Learning at conferences, webinars, content.
  • Prospect Relationship Building: engage with Presidents/Provosts and other senior leaders.
  • Strategic Sales Partner: collaborate with RVPs & AEs on deal strategy and positioning.
  • Pipeline Support & SFDC: track activities in SFDC for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Travel & Customer References: travel to campuses and events; cultivate customer stories.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 12 years relevant EdTech or higher ed experience
  • Comfortable presenting to AVP/VP/C-suite executives
  • Deep knowledge of higher education trends and operations
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate Civitas value; Google Suite experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Gong
