Build annual budget and growth strategy; balance profitability in IE/AU with US growth.
Own CAC, LTV, retention and attach rate; reallocate budgets across markets.
Directly manage a 15-person team; develop Country Leads.

🎯 Requirements

Built and scaled Consumer Tech businesses (eCommerce, Marketplace, App-first).
Deep understanding of traffic, funnels and LTV/CAC.
Led large cross-functional teams (10+ people).
International Markets experience; US/Australia desirable.
Commercially sharp; owns P&L.
MBA preferred.
