🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B tech
- Proven success growing service-based revenue and leading P&L
- Deep understanding of MRO operations, PD services, and customer lifecycle management
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
